Happy 49th National Day, Singapore!

One of my favourite segments in the National Day Parade, fly-by of the State Flag from a Chinook transport helicopter escorted by two Apache attack helicopters.

This was taken on one of the Combine Rehearsals on 5 July 2014. This was considered as a lucky shot when I noticed the tip of the roof of Marina Bay Sands is framed quite nicely when I was reviewing the photos taken.

Canon EOS 100D with EFS IS II 55-250mm telephoto zoom lens. Edited with GIMP 2.8.2 for minor colour adjustment and watermark.
